When you need an unlock after a scam
Scammers have gained access to your Apple ID — via a phishing link, a fake "support" phone call, or a password they tricked you into revealing — and have locked your iPhone: they changed the password, enabled Lost Mode, and are demanding money to unlock it. We will help you officially regain access to your device.
For owners with documentation only
- We perform unlocks only for the owner of the iPhone.
- You must provide proof of purchase for the device: a receipt, invoice, or contract.
- We do not unlock found devices, devices bought second-hand without documentation, or devices that do not belong to you.
If you are unsure whether your documents are sufficient, please message our manager before visiting — we will check them in advance.
How the unlocking process works
- We verify your documents and the condition of the device.
- We agree on the cost based on our price list and the turnaround time.
- We perform the unlock — starting from 1 hour.
- We will provide tips on how to secure your Apple ID so this doesn't happen again.
What to do right now
- Do not send money to the scammers — this does not guarantee an unlock.
- Change your passwords for email, banking, and messaging apps if you entered them on suspicious websites.
- Call your bank if you provided card details or SMS codes.
- Save the correspondence and the scammers' phone numbers — they will be useful for a police report.
