Common Issues and Their Symptoms
According to our statistics, Acer owners most frequently come to us with the following problems:
- Case and hinge damage: over time, the laptop lid hinges become stiff, leading to damage to the plastic and mounts. We perform reliable hinge repair and case restoration.
- Overheating and slow performance: if the laptop makes a lot of noise, lags, and freezes, it needs cooling system cleaning and thermal paste replacement.
- Screen issues: lines, lack of backlight, or cracked glass after a drop require screen matrix replacement.
- Laptop won't turn on or is liquid-damaged: if you accidentally spilled water on the keyboard, urgent diagnostics, board cleaning from corrosion, and power circuit restoration are required.
- Slow system boot: to significantly speed up performance, we recommend replacing the old hard drive with a fast, modern SSD.
