MacBook Air A2337: what is happening with the device
For this MacBook Air, service requests included no display image, keyboard and port malfunctions, as well as liquid exposure consequences. The same external symptom can have multiple causes, so we choose a specific repair only after an inspection.
- If there is no image, let us know if startup sounds are audible and if the screen changes when moving the lid.
- If the keyboard isn't working, clarify whether individual keys or the entire keyboard failed, and if any liquid got in.
- If there is a port problem, specify if charging works through another port and if you tested with a known working cable.
