How to find your phone model
To show the exact repair price we need the device model. If you are not sure, find it in one of the ways below. If that does not work, no problem: we will identify the model during the free diagnostics.
iPhone
- Open Settings → General → About.
- Find the “Model Name” or “Model Number” line.
- If it shows a code like “MLXX3”, tap the line: it will change to a number like A2403. The model is identified from it unambiguously.
If the screen does not turn on: on older models the number is engraved in small print on the back cover near the bottom edge.
Android
- Settings → About phone (on Samsung: About phone).
- The “Model name” or “Model number” lines, for example SM-A546B or 23021RAA2Y.
- You can enter such a number into the model search on our site.
No markings, or the phone does not turn on
Photograph the back cover of the phone with Google’s camera: Google app → camera icon (Google Lens) → point it at the back cover. In most cases the service identifies the model. You can also photograph the box or receipt if you still have them.
The Lens result is a hint, not a guarantee: we confirm the model version (for example 4G or 5G) during diagnostics.
More tips
- The model is often printed on the box, the warranty card, the receipt and in the manufacturer account (Apple ID, Samsung Account, Google).
- Send a photo of the back panel in a messenger and we will tell you the model.
