DualShock 4: drift, buttons, and charging
DualShock 4 repair orders often involve complaints about unexpected stick drift, incomplete button response, and charging issues. Please specify which stick or button is malfunctioning and whether the symptom recurs in different games.
If the controller does not charge, check with a working cable and power source without forcing the connector. If it has been dropped or exposed to liquid, please mention this before testing. It is impossible to determine from a description alone whether a stick, connector, or other part repair is needed.
