DualSense Edge: clarifying the stick module condition
The DualSense Edge features replaceable stick modules. If the character or camera moves without touch, we will first clarify which stick is misbehaving and whether the symptom persists across different games. Not every drift issue requires board repair or module replacement: the solution is determined after testing.
We also receive requests regarding buttons, triggers, and charging. Please let us know if the problem occurred after a drop or contact with liquid. If the cable feels loose, do not plug it in with force.
After testing, we will coordinate the available work, cost, and turnaround time. Availability of a suitable module or other parts will be confirmed for the specific controller.
