The graphics card on my iMac burned out; an authorized service center quoted 38000 for the repair with a wait time of at least a month. I came to iClub, and they offered several solutions, ranging from a cheaper and longer option to a faster one for an extra charge. In the end, I chose the 2nd option, picked up the iMac in just 5 days, and it turned out to be twice as cheap as the official service. They also installed an SSD and cleaned the internals at no extra charge. Came in at 9 AM to get my charging port cleaned, and everything was done very quickly!) A nice touch is the bowl of candy, and there's a sofa to wait on while your phone is being fixed) Also, a lovely receptionist girl!

Hello, iClub. I would like to express my gratitude for the "instant" repair of my iPhone 6. The sound in the ear speaker was almost completely gone. I read online that this is a common issue with this model. I called several repair shops—everyone said the speaker and most likely the ribbon cable needed replacement, which is quite pricey. Luckily, friends advised me to go to iClub. The girl at the reception desk took the phone to the technician and brought it back a minute later. It turned out it just needed a quick cleaning. And they didn't even charge me. That is, they handled the repair honestly and decently, which is very rare nowadays. I told my friends about fixing the phone at iClub—turned out many of them had brought their phones here for repair too, and everyone had only positive impressions of the quality of work. The best service center in the city. We've been coming here for 3 years. Everything is at the highest level. Problems are solved quickly and properly. The attitude toward clients is respectful and pleasant. We tried going to another repair shop once: they quoted several times more money. A truly customer-oriented approach. I've used their services more than once—replaced a graphics card on an iMac, as well as keyboard keys after spilling glue on a MacBook. I came to these guys on a recommendation from friends and have never been disappointed.

Really liked the customer approach—they greet you with a smile, explain everything, show you right in front of you, check it after the repair, and most importantly, honest pricing. For minor things, they might not charge at all—for example, I came in because my charger stopped working, and it turned out the contacts just needed to be cleaned; they didn't charge me a single penny for it:) Actually, I've been taking all my Apple gadgets only to them for over 5 years now (I think they used to be on Shchetinkina St.). I know that even authorized repair shops run to them with complicated cases:)

I had such a hard time with the ear speaker, three months of suffering and frustration—could barely hear the other end of the line. The phone was still under warranty, but being without my device for three days would be extremely tough for me (since my work would stall). A friend recommended the iClub service center. We called, found out the speaker replacement price, and went there. My friend took the phone in and walked out with it a minute later (I was bewildered, I hadn't even given him the money yet, planning to pay after the repair). He comes up and says: "Done!"... What?? That fast? What about the money? None!!)))) The tech fixed the issue in a single move (cleaned the speaker with a brush) and said that this happens sometimes (though he could have stayed silent and pretended it needed a repair, then charged us, like most places would have done), but he didn't even take a kopeck from us. Thank you for having such a decent service in our city, where I will go in case of any breakdown (and only there), knowing that honest professionals work there. And I'll definitely recommend you to everyone!!!

Great service. Barely had time to walk back to my car, and everything was already done. Fixed my Apple device without me even having to leave it behind. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the technician... unfortunately didn't catch his name. He soldered a turn signal control chip on the body control module of my car. I had called tons of auto electricians and phone repair shops, and everyone turned me down. Called iClub, they said "come over, we'll take a look," and after five minutes of work, everything was done! I needed the car urgently, so they really saved the day.

I'm very happy) My iPhone 5 screen broke (the whole display unit needed replacing). I took the phone for diagnostics, the repair cost quoted at the time was unaffordable and I put the phone away for almost a year... This summer I decided to try again, found this service center via Google search, looked up approximate costs on websites, called here... The amount quoted was about 1000р. lower than I expected (I expected what was quoted during the first diagnostics and what I found on websites). I stopped by, walked around the city for an hour, and picked up the repaired phone. Right then I bought a screen protector and an original charger. Especially touched that the technician carefully, not just anyhow, applied the screen protector for me (I wouldn't have managed) and trimmed the SIM card from my old phone for the iPhone. I wouldn't have managed that either). So - I left on cloud nine with a phone ready to use... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Thanks for the prompt repair of the Lenovo phone and the politeness of the staff. The microphone stopped working. They promised to figure it out and repair it within 24 hours, and they finished exactly on time. Thanks for the promptness.

The iPhone started draining quickly, we came in and the guys replaced the battery and cleaned the phone without any problems. We're satisfied and will recommend them to friends!
