Since the button on phones starting with the iPhone 7 is no longer mechanical, a hard reset is done as follows:
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button together for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
If the Apple logo still does not appear and the iPhone does not respond to the charger, we look forward to seeing you at the iClub service center for diagnostics.
