Since the button on phones starting with the iPhone 7 is no longer mechanical, a hard reset is performed as follows:
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button together for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
If the Apple logo still doesn't appear and the iPhone doesn't respond to the charger — we're waiting for you at iClub service center for a free diagnostic.
